Elizabeth is in her first year as the girls' basketball coach and assistant softball coach and will also teach P.E. and history. She earned her associate’s degree from Hinds, where she was a starting catcher for the softball team, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Management from The University of Southern Mississippi. She then moved on to Auburn University at Montgomery where she earned a master’s degree in Sport Management. She arrives at SIA from Hinds Community College where she was the coordinator of student activities and intramural sports. She was also an HPR adjunct instructor. Additionally, she worked for the Mississippi Braves organization as a sales, tickets, and operations trainee. While at USM, she assisted with athletic events and game-day operations for various sports. Elizabeth and her husband Jeremy are both 2011 graduates of SIA. Away from work, she enjoys traveling, cooking, watching sports, and spending time with their 2 Weimaraners, Yadi and Nala.
